Located next to the monumental Villa Arconati, the garden reflects the historic and natural richness of the area. It acts as a quiet retreat connected to the monolocale, offering a moment to pause away from the city’s rhythm.
The garden belongs to the Studio — it’s an extension of the home and its concept of momentum. Enclosed by partial walls, it hides what’s next, encouraging slow discovery and quiet moments. A table and seating area offer a peaceful spot surrounded by aromatic plants, each home in the borgo having its own unique scent and color.
From the private garden, guests are guided into a sensorial path. Here, a rich variety of plants—each chosen for their scent, texture, or color—gradually intertwine. This natural choreography is designed to awaken the senses and reinforce the theme of discovery, slowness, and connection to place.
At the end of the path, a communal area opens up. Two kitchens, large tables, and soft seating like sofas and armchairs create a space meant for conviviality, cooking, and rest. It’s a shared living room for the borgo — flexible, informal, and welcoming.
Hidden within the garden’s edge, the former public restrooms of the borgo have been transformed into practical lockers, offering fast check-in and secure storage for luggage, without losing the charm of the original structure.
